What is PTE?
PTE or Pearson Test of English is a computer based English language test which is meant to evaluate the English writing and communication skills of the aspirants who are willing to study abroad or willing to migrate to another country. It is actually aimed at the students who are non-native English speakers but desire to study abroad or migrate to work.
PTE evaluates each and every aspect of English – For instance, English reading, writing, speaking and listening abilities of an aspirant is tested to get a clarity as to how they would communicate during their course or work duration.
PTE has a lot of similarities with the IELTS and students are mostly in a dilemma as to which training must be taken to chase their aspirations. Both PTE and IELTS have their own importance.
One of the major differences between these courses are that in IELTS a live conversation session is conducted for the candidate to evaluate their speaking skills. However, in PTE there isn’t any live conversation session. The candidate needs to speak over a microphone which records their voice and later accesses it through a computer program.

IELTS | PTE | TOEFL – Choose your test
